Question:
Longer story short, it takes me about 2 hours to fall asleep everynight no matter how much i exercise, flipping the mattress around, sheets/comforter, cold room, hot, etc
Having my mind still for that long can lead to depressing thoughts, anxiety, hopelessness, loneliness, I am fine during the day i just need something to make laying down more comfortable so I don’t concentrate on feeling the bed and whatever comes to mind
When i was on some pain killer (above vicadin) for some nose/throat surgery last year, I couldnt feel the bed when laying in it and i was happy and got to sleep fast
I think THC could do the same for me, keep my mind from focusing on negative things, make me more comfortable, and help me get to sleep faster
Also I want to get my Aunt on it too because shes in serious pain and such from all her cancers she has had, she takes lots of different pain pills they give her but they don’t help much, so who should i refer her to for that?
I think THC would be best because it has health benefits, few if any negatives (esp. with a vaporizer?), is safe in the long run compared to sedatives and narcotics,
What exactly would be the best course to getting evaluated or getting a prescription? I live in Washington state not far from Seattle, i think i should be able to do this, a kid I knew in high school got his prescriptions to keep himself from getting nightmares, for me its similar except before falling asleep? haha
