Question:
I always loved building things and I was looking at building a mini vaporizer. I know they work by drawing hot air across herbs. but I’m not sure that just drawing it across would be enough. Has anyone built one or have one that they can tell me how it is set up or works?

Sure, most of the commercially available portables don’t work well anyway.
The vapor genie pipe is just an indirect way of heating, there’s a few ways to do that.
Or buy a heat gun, even a small one is good enough.
Or a magnifying glass on a sunny day can do it if you adjust it so it doesn’t blacken the material
