Weed doesn’t make you stupid, it can cause less concentration in people who are affected by it like that. And OBVIOUSLY, it is the conductors fault for smoking before operating a train, not marijuana’s. To blame the accident on the inanimate object he burned and inhaled would be incredibly egotistical. When people abuse any drug, bad things can happen, but this is because they misused it, and they are at fault.
