Can you vaporize any of the legal herbs that you can buy in a smoke shop (spArk 20, wisted, k2, spicy green etc.) and if you can vaporize thc doesn’t it make sense that you can vaporize the chemicals In this?

hey im 17 almost 18 and i live in new york. i was wondering is it legal to vaporize legal herbs while your underage? i know vaporizers are legal as long as you dont use illegal substances and i know its legal to smoke cigarettes underage just not buy them. so it it legal?
